RESOLUTION NO. 2018-477
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) 2019
SINGLE AXLE SNOW CONTROL (PLOW), 37,000 GROSS
VEHICLE WEIGHT DUMP TRUCKS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2018-476, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
purchase of two (2) 2019 single axle snow control (plow), 37,000 gross vehicle weight dump
trucks, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2018.
