RESOLUTION NO. 2018-481
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN MAIN STREET WATERLOO AND THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019 IN THE
AMOUNT OF $40,000, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Professional Services Agreement dated June 25, 2018, between Main Street Waterloo and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $40,000, for the Fiscal year 2019, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June 2018.
