RESOLUTION NO. 2018-482
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY 2019 ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT GRANT AGREEMENT WITH GREATER
CEDAR VALLEY ALLIANCE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,500
WITH $56,500 1N POTENTIAL INCENTIVE FUNDS, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY 2019 Economic Development Grant Agreement with Greater Cedar Valley Alliance
in the amount of $28,500 with $56,500 in potential incentive funds, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June 2018.
