RESOLUTION NO. 2018-484
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY CROELL & SUBSIDIARIES,
INC., OF NEW HAMPTON, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$3,594,642.60, IN CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2012 WEST
SHAULIS ROAD/ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, CONTRACT NO.
784.
WHEREAS, Croell & Subsidiaries, Inc. of New Hampton, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2012 West Shaulis Road/Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 784, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Croell & Subsidiaries, Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of $3,594,642.60.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Croell & Subsidiaries, Inc. in the amount of $3,594,642.60, in
conjunction with the FY 2012 West Shaulis Road/Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 784, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June 2018.
