RESOLUTION NO. 2018-412
RESOLUTION FROM JACKLYN GUDENKAUF OF VGM GROUP,
INC. TO HOLD A 5K AND FUN RUN ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6,
2018, BEGINNING AT 9:00 A.M. AND TRAVELING ON JEFFERSON
STREET, WEST OF MULLAN, ONTO THE CEDAR RIVER TRAIL
AND ENDING AT 2ND AND COMMERCIAL STREETS.
WHEREAS, Jacklyn Gudenkauf of VGM Group, Inc. has made a written application to
the City Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to a 5K and Fun Run on October 6,
2018, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the route traveling on Jefferson
Street, west of Mullan, onto the Cedar River Trail and ending at 2nd and Commercial Streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Jacklyn Gudenkauf of VGM Group, Inc. to hold its 5K
5K and Fun Run beginning at 9:00 a.m. and traveling on Jefferson Street, west of Mullan, onto
the Cedar River Trail and ending at 2nd and Commercial Streets, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June 2018.
