RESOLUTION NO. 2018-418
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
SERVICES AT 807, 809-811 EAST 4TH STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2018-417, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
asbestos abatement services at 807, 809-811 East 4th Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 2018.
