RESOLUTION NO. 2018-420
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY WOODRUFF CONSTRUCTION
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,176, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH CONSTRUCTION/REPAIRS TO
AIRCRAFT STORAGE HANGAR NO. 4, WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND RELEASE OF FINAL
RETAINAGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,758.80.
WHEREAS, Woodruff Construction of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in conjunction
with the construction/repairs to Aircraft Storage Hangar No. 4, Waterloo Regional Airport, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Woodruff Construction has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $75,176.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
work, for work performed by Woodruff Construction in the amount of $75,176, in conjunction
with the construction/repairs to Aircraft Storage Hangar No. 4, Waterloo Regional Airport and
release of final retainage in the amount of $3,758.80, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June 2018.
