RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AWARD OF A $500
CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT GRANT FROM
THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS FOR
ATTENDANCE AT THE 2018 NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF
HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSIONS
CONFERENCE ON JULY 18, 2018 THROUGH JULY 22, 2018
IN DES MOINES, IOWA, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certified Local Government grant from the Department of Cultural Affairs, in the
amount of $500, for attendance at the 2018 National Alliance of Historic Preservations
Commissions Conference on July 18, 2018 through July 22, 2018 in Des Moines, Iowa, is hereby
accepted, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July 2018.
