RESOLUTION NO. 2018-499
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE CHICAGO, CENTRAL AND PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE AIRPORT BOULEVARD AT -
GRADE SURFACE CROSSING, WITH THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE
COST TOTALING $28,613, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Unit Cost Agreement between the Chicago Central & Pacific Railroad Company and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for construction of surface improvements at the Airport Boulevard at -
grade railroad crossing located over and on CCP Railroad Company's track, with the City's share
of the cost totaling $28,613, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July 2018.
