RESOLUTION NO. 2018-504
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS JULY 26, 2018 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS JULY 30, 2018 FOR THE FY 2019
BROCK 3RD ADDITION SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION,
CONTRACT NO. 954, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the FY 2019 Brock 3rd Addition Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No. 954, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2019 Brock 3rd Addition
Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No. 954, be scheduled for July 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City
Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 30th day of July 2018,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the FY 2019 Brock 3rd Addition Sanitary Sewer
Extension, Contract No. 954.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
