RESOLUTION NO. 2018-510
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
SPARK CONSULTING OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, FOR AN
ARCHITECTURAL AND HISTORICAL SURVEY OF THE
SMOKEY ROW NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE AMOUNT OF
$24,425, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 9, 2018, between SPARK Consulting of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $24,425, in conjunction
with an architectural and historical survey of the Smokey Row neighborhood, is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
