RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWO YEAR LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH 3 LITTLE LAMBS (JOHN BRUNDRETT)
TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE 0.79 OF LAND GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BLACK
HAWK STREET AND 18TH STREET FOR $1.00 PER YEAR
WITH DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS TO SITE WHEN READY,
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the lease agreement dated July 9, 2018, between 3 Little Lambs and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to maintain and manage 0.79 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Black Hawk
Street and 18th Street, in the amount of $1.00 with development rights to site when ready, is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July 2018.
