RESOLUTION NO. 2018-516
RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
JULY 30, 2018, TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY
DAHLSTROM REAL ESTATE FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "M -2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
200,000 SQ. FT. WAREHOUSE/OFFICE LOCATED WEST OF
3050 WAGNER ROAD, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 30th day of July 2018,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request by Dahlstrom Real Estate for a Site
Plan Amendment to the "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District, to allow for the construction of an
200,000 square foot warehouse/office building, located west of 3050 Wagner Road, Waterloo,
Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 2018.
