RESOLUTION NO. 2018-518
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE JANITORIAL SERVICES
CONTRACT FOR SIX (6) CITY OWNED BUILDINGS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Janitorial Services contract for six
(6) City owned buildings, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Janitorial Services contract for six
(6) City owned buildings, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 16, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Janitorial Services contract for six (6) City owned buildings, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 2018.
