RESOLUTION NO. 2018-519
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE JANITORIAL SERVICES
CONTRACT FOR SIX (6) CITY OWNED BUILDINGS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-518, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
the Janitorial Services contract for six (6) City owned buildings, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 2018.
