RESOLUTION NO. 2018-523
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WASTE MANAGEMENT
ADMINISTRATION HVAC COOLING SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-522, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Waste Management Administration HVAC Cooling System, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on July
16, 2018 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 2018.
