RESOLUTION NO. 2018-525
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS.
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 LEVEE RIP RAP
SPRAYING, CONTRACT NO. 961.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the FY 2019 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 961, and
WHEREAS, said Interim City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2019 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 961, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 16, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2019 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 961, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 2018.
