RESOLUTION NO. 2018-533
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MORATORIUM FOR A PERIOD OF
TWELVE (12) MONTHS ON THE DEMOLITION OF ANY
STRUCTURE IN THE SMOKEY ROW AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the moratorium for a period twelve (12) months on the demolition of any structure in the
Smokey Row Area is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 2018.
