RESOLUTION NO. 2018-536
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH ALTEC INDUSTRIES INC. OF BIRMINGHAM,
ALABAMA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $120,026, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A 2018 F550 ALTEC MODEL AT40-G AERIAL
TRUCK FOR THE BUILDING MAINTENANCE
DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated July 16, 2018, between Altec Industries Inc. of Birmingham,
Alabama and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $120,026, in conjunction with the
purchase of a 2018 F550 Altec Model AT40-G Aerial Truck for the Building Maintenance
Department, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 2018.
