RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENTERPRISE LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS
RESEARCH INSTITUTE, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000
ANNUALLY FOR 3 YEARS FOR ESRI GEOGRAPHIC
INFORMATION SYSTEMS TERM LICENSE SOFTWARE ON
AN UNLIMITED BASIS, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Enterprise License Agreement dated July 16, 2018, between Environmental Systems
Research Institute, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $50,000 annually, for 3
years for Esri geographic information systems term license software on an unlimited basis, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2018.
