RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO FOR A LUCAS CPR
MACHINE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Waterloo, Iowa is on record of supporting our
employees and union bargaining units which represent our employees, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Waterloo, Iowa values our ees and our
