RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY KWS,INC.OF CEDAR FALLS,IOWA AT A
TOTAL COST OF $38,400.00 FOR IDOT TRAFFIC SIGNAL
IMPROVEMENTS AT DOWNING AND ANSBOROUGH, CS-
TSF-8155(737)--85-07, AND APPROVING RELEASE OF
RETAINER,AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, KWS, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa performed work on the IDOT Traffic
Signal Improvements at Downing and Ansborough, CS-TSF-8155(737)--85-07,in the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,and
WHEREAS, KWS, Inc.,has completed the aforementioned project in accordance with
the project pians and specifications at a total cost of$38,400.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of work performed are
hereby approved.
