RESOLUTION NO. 2018-603 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY GREAT PLAINS SURVEY, INC. ON BEHALF OF BRIAN KENNETT AND MICHAEL DAHL, FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF 3.01 ACRES FOR THE KENN DAHL FIRST ADDITION, TO ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FIVE (5) LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT 4245 WEST 4TH STREET. WHEREAS, on this 13th day of August 2018, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of Great Plains Survey, Inc. on behalf of Brian Kennett and Michael Dahl, a five (5) lot residential subdivision, located at 4245 West 4th Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa was presented for approval, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on July 10, 2018, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the Final Plat of Great Plains Survey, Inc. on behalf of Brian Kennett and Michael Dahl, a five (5) lot residential subdivision, located at 4245 West 4th Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August 2018.
