RESOLUTION NO. 2018-578
RESOLUTION FROM DEVIN DORFMAN FOR A VARIANCE TO
THE NOISE ORDINANCE ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2018, FROM 3:00
P.M. TO 11:00 P.M., IN CONJUNCTION WITH A BACK YARD
WEDDING TO BE HELD AT 115 HAWTHORNE STREET,
INCLUDING AMPLIFIED MUSIC.
WHEREAS, Devin Dorfman is requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on
September 29, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in conjunction with a back yard wedding to be
held at 115 Hawthorne Street, including amplified music, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance,
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Devin Dorfman for a variance to the Noise Ordinance
on September 29, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in conjunction with a back yard wedding to
be held at 115 Hawthorne Street, including amplified music,be granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August 2018.
