RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISION OF THE
EXISTING SPEED HUMP POLICY TO REDUCE THE 85TH
PERCENTILE SPEED THRESHOLD, FOR WARRANTING A
SPEED HUMP, FROM 35 MPH TO 32 MPH, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the revision of the existing Speed Hump Policy to reduce the 85th percentile speed threshold,
for warranting a speed hump, from 35 mph to 32 mph, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August 2018.
