RESOLUTION NO. 2017-589
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
ULTRAMAX AMMUNITION, OF RAPID CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA,
FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S FY 2019 AMMUNITION NEEDS
AS BUDGETED.
WHEREAS, Ultramax Ammunition of Rapid City, South Dakota submitted a bid in the
amount of$38,000, for general ammunition, and is the apparent low bidder, in conjunction with
the FY 2019 Police ammunition needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the contract for the 2019 Police ammunition needs, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said project by Resolution No. 2017-529,
after public hearing on July 16, 2018, on published notice required by law, are hereby awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6t" day of August 2018.
