RESOLUTION NO. 2017-590
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO RACOM
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A COST OF $13,311.64, PER SQUAD
CAR, FOR THE FY 2019 POLICE SQUAD CAR EQUIPMENT
INSTALLATION.
WHEREAS, RACOM of Waterloo, Iowa, submitted a bid in the amount of$13,311.64
per squad car, and is the apparent low bidder, in conjunction with the FY 2019 Police Squad Car
Equipment Installation project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the contract for the 2019 Police Squad Car Equipment Installation
project, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said project by
Resolution No. 2017-527, after public hearing on July 16, 2018, on published notice required by
law, is hereby awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6t" day of August 2018.
