RESOLUTION NO. 2018-604
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH VILLAGE CREEK
RENTALS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVED NOVEMBER
20, 2017, FOR A NINE MONTH EXTENSION FOR
CONSTRUCTION TO BE COMPLETE, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment, to the Development Agreement with Village Creek Rentals of Waterloo,
Iowa, originally adopted on November 20, 2017, for a nine month extension for construction to
be complete, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August 2018.
