RESOLUTION NO. 2018-606
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE AUDUBON HEIGHTS SIXTH
ADDITION, AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-YEAR
MAINTENANCE BOND FROM MIDWEST DEVELOPMENT
CO., OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Midwest Development Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with improvements of the Audubon Heights Sixth Addition, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Midwest Development Company completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the construction plans, standards and specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements for work
performed by Midwest Development Company, for the improvements of the Audubon
Heights Sixth Addition, is hereby approved, and the two (2) year maintenance bond is hereby
received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13'h day of August 2018.
