RESOLUTION NO. 2018-607
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF KITCHEN
EQUIPMENT FROM THE PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $2,815.00, TO WILSON RESTAURANT
SUPPLY, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the sale of kitchen equipment from the Public Market building to Wilson Restaurant Supply,
in the amount of$2,815.00, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute any necessary documents
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August 2018.
