RESOLUTION NO. 2018-591
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH FIRE RECOVERY USA, LLC,AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 6, 2018, between Fire Recovery USA,
LLC, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for fire incident billing services, for the City of Waterloo,
is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6 day of August 2018.
