AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING REZONING TWO LOTS
OF 0.50 ACRES AND 0.54 ACRES FOR A TOTAL OF 1.04
ACRES FROM "A-1"AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO "R-2"
ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT, DIRECTLY
ADJACENT TO 5050 FOULK ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No.
5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone two lots of 0.50
acres and 0.54 acres for a total of 1.04 acres from "A-1"Agricultural District to "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, directly adjacent to 5050 Foulk Road to allow for new home
construction, and legally described as follows:
