Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Morrissey seconded by Jacobs that the Minutes of July 30, 2018, as proposed, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.. Moved by Jacobs seconded by Morrissey that the request for the following travel requests, be approved. Sewer $10,700.00 + Rental of(2) 6" hydraulic submersible pumps and (2) $2,300 S/H diesel powered hydraulic power packs for a period of up to 5 weeks with rental protection plan. Sewer $7,100.00 Reconditioned motor with bearing replacement and labor. Sewer $2,900.00 + $510 CAT2 Catalytic Carbon for H2S odor control at Park S/H Road lift station. Mr. Jacobs questioned the dollar amount for the financial software. Michelle Weidner, Chief Financial Officer, explained the cost of the software. Mr. Schmitt questioned what the city receives for item 11. Michelle Weidner explained that the Mayor has attended the conference in the past and received a$100,000 grant for the Healthy H2O Loo program. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Jacobs seconded by Morrissey that refund request in the amount of $139.50 for garbage fees billed in error on a vacant duplex located at 827 and 829 E. Ridgeway, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Jacobs seconded by Morrissey that refund request in the amount of$22.80 for garbage fees billed in error on a vacant property located at 554 Adrian, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Jacobs seconded by Morrissey that refund request in the amount of $315.00 for garbage fees billed in error on a vacant property located at 823 Progress Avenue, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Jacobs seconded by Morrissey that refund request in the amount of $346.85 for garbage fees billed in error on a vacant property located at 321 Euclid Avenue, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Juon seconded by Morrissey that Bills Payment, as contained in Accounts Payable Invoice Report, dated August 6, 2018, in the amount of$3,183,927.96 be received, placed on file and approved and forwarded to the full council for approval. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
