RESOLUTION NO. 2018-559
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO RITUMINOUS
MATERIALS & SUPPLY OF DES MOINES, IA IN THE
AMOUNT OF $150,200, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE ASPHALT EMULSIONS FOR THE CITY'S RECYCLED
ASPHALT PAVING PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Rituminous Materials & Supply of Des Moines, Iowa, in the amount of
$150,200, in conjunction with the Asphalt Emulsions for the City's Recycled Asphalt Paving
Program, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, with
Resolution No. 2018-557, after public hearing on July 30, 2018 on published notice required by
law, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of July 2018.
