RESOLUTION NO. 2018-560
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 BROCK 3RD ADDITION
SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 954.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the FY 2019 Brock 3rd Addition Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No.
954, and
WHEREAS, said Interim City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2019 Brock 3rd Addition Sanitary Sewer Extension,
Contract No. 954, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 30, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2019 Brock 3rd Addition Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No. 954, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of July 2018.
