RESOLUTION NO. 2018-561
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 BROCK 3RD ADDITION
SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 954.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-560, bid documents, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost etc., in conjunction with the FY 2019 Brock 3rd Addition Sanitary
Sewer Extension, Contract No. 954, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on July 30, 2018 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of July 2018.
