RESOLUTION NO. 2018-564
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT
TO LANDMARK TURF SERVICES, LLC, OF DUNKERTON,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $44,917.00, AND APPROVING
THE CONTRACT, BONDS, AND CERTIFICATE OF
INSURANCE FOR THE FY 2019 LEVEE RIP RAP SPRAYING,
CONTRACT NO. 961, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC, of Dunkerton, Iowa, has submitted a bid in
the amount of$44,917.00, and is the apparent low bidder in conjunction with the FY 2019 Levee
Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 961.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the bid, of Landmark Turf Services, LLC. in the amount of
$44,917.00, is hereby awarded, and the contract bond, and certificate of insurance in conjunction
with the FY 2019 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 961, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council with Resolution No. 2018-525, after public hearing on July
16, 2018 on published notice required by law, are hereby approved and authorize the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of July 2018.
