RESOLUTION NO. 2018-567
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ROBINSON ENGINEERING COMPANY
OF INDEPENDENCE, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $14,800.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
BLOWER'S CREEK WATERSHED ASSESSMENT, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 30, 2018, between Robinson Engineering
Company of Independence, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$14,800.00,
in conjunction with the Blower's Creek Watershed Assessment, is hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of July 2018.
