Waterloo Fire Rescue
Triple Combination Pumper Bid Requirements AeRE��e
Waterloo Fire Rescue, located in Waterloo, Iowa, is requesting a sealed bid for a Triple
Combination Pumper; 1 ,500 gallons per minute, hose body, booster tank, and all other
appurtenances in accordance with the enclosed specification. All exceptions to the specification
must be listed on a separate sheet.
A 10% bid bond shall be required with your bid as per instructions included in Appendix A, and
a performance bond will be required at the time of contract.
For ease of reading at the bid opening; the base price, prior to any payment and/or chassis
payment, shall be listed on the bottom of this sheet. Any discounts for pre-payment shall be
listed on a separate sheet.
A hard copy of truck bids must be received at the City of Waterloo, City Clerk' s Office located
at 715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa 50703 , by no later than 1 : 00 pm September 13 , 2018 .
"Bid for Triple Combination Pumper" must be clearly identified on the package.
All hard copies of truck bids received after this date and time will be disregarded.
Sealed bids will be received by Waterloo Fire Rescue for the furnishing of all necessary labor,
equipment and material for one ( 1 ) custom chassis pumper fire apparatus per the following
specifications.
Please provide the following information and include this sheet as a cover letter to the printed
hard copy truck bid.
