RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD FOR AUDIT SERVICES
TO RSM US, LLP FOR THE FISCAL YEARS ENDING JUNE 30,
2018, 2019 AND 2020, AT ESTIMATED FEES OF $82,130, $84,490
AND $86,850, RESPECTIVELY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that audit services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2018, 2019 and 2020, at estimated fees of
$82,130, $84,490 and $86,850, respectively, is hereby awarded to RSM US, LLP.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 201h day of August 2018.
