RESOLUTION NO. 2018-617
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY DEPENDABLE DRAIN AND
PLUMBING/DEPENDABLE MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $27,930, FOR THE FY 2018 MANHOLE
INSPECTION-SERVICE AREAS 10,11,12 AND 13, PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 935.
WHEREAS, Dependable Drain and Plumbing/Dependable Maintenance Systems of
Clinton, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with the FY 2018 Manhole Inspection-Service
Areas 10,11,12 and 13, Project, Contract No. 935, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Dependable Drain and Plumbing/Dependable Maintenance Systems has
completed the aforementioned project in accordance with the project plans and specifications at a
total cost of$27,930.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Dependable Drain and Plumbing/Dependable Maintenance Systems in the
amount of $27,930, in conjunction with FY 2018 Manhole Inspection-Service Areas 10,11,12
and 13, Project, Contract No. 935, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August 2018.
