RESOLUTION NO. 2018-618
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 WITH AECOM, FOR A NET INCREASE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $37,500, FOR THE DRY RUN CREEK
INTERCEPTOR CITY OF WATERLOO, CONTRACT NO. 877.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Supplemental Agreement No. 2, dated August 20, 2018, between
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$37,500, for design and
construction related services for the installation of a stand-by emergency generator to provide the
electrical requirements for the City of Waterloo's Hawkeye Lift Station, in conjunction with the
Dry Run Creek Interceptor, Contract No. 877, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 201h day of August 2018.
