RESOLUTION NO. 2018-630
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING THE DATE OF BID OPENING AS
SEPTEMBER 20, 2018, AND PUBLIC HEARING AS SEPTEMBER 24,
2018, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2018 CARNEGIE ANNEX ROOF
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. That the preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the 2018 Carnegie Annex Roof Replacement Project, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the 2018 Carnegie Annex Roof
Replacement Project, be scheduled for September 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo,
Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 24th day of September 2018,
to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the 2018 Carnegie Annex Roof Replacement
Proj ect.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
