RESOLUTION NO. 2017-641
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO NUTRI-JECT SYSTEMS, INC.
OF HUDSON, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $63,050, AND
APPROVING THE CONTRACT, BONDS AND CERTIFICATE OF
INSURANCE FOR THE ANAEROBIC DIGESTER #3 CLEANING
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 953, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Nutri-Ject Systems, Inc. of Hudson, Iowa submitted a bid in the amount of
$63,050, and is the apparent low bidder in conjunction with the Anaerobic Digester #3 Cleaning
Project, Contract No. 953.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the contract for the Anaerobic Digester #3 Cleaning Project, Contract
No. 953, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said project by
Resolution No. 2018-639, after public hearing on August 27, 2018, on published notice required
by law, is hereby awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August 2018.
