RESOLUTION NO. 2018-643
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2018 FALL STUMP REMOVAL
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-642, bid documents, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost etc., in conjunction with the 2018 Fall Stump Removal Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing
on August 27, 2018 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August 2018.
