RESOLUTION NO. 2017-644
RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 2018 FALL STUMP REMOVAL
PROJECT BID TO TREE PROS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $97,200, AND APPROVING THE CONTRACT, BOND
AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Tree Pros of Waterloo, Iowa submitted a bid in the amount of$97,200, and
is the apparent low bidder, in conjunction with the 2018 Fall Stump Removal Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the contract for the 2018 Fall Stump Removal Project, described in
the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said project by Resolution No. 2018-
642, after public hearing on August 27, 2018, on published notice required by law, is hereby
awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August 2018.
