RESOLUTION NO. 2018-645
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 WATERLOO YARD
WASTE WATER AND SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION,
CONTRACT 952.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2019 Waterloo Yard Waste Water and Sanitary Sewer
Extension, Contract 952, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2019 Waterloo Yard Waste Water and Sanitary
Sewer Extension, Contract 952, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 27, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2019 Waterloo Yard Waste Water and Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract 952, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August 2018.
