RESOLUTION NO. 2018-649
RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIVE (5) YEAR BEVERAGE SALES
AGREEMENT WITH PEPSI BEVERAGES COMPANY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Beverage Sales Agreement dated August 27, 2018, between Pepsi Beverages company and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to provide beverage sales at concession stands and vending machines
in all Leisure Services facilities, including Young Arena, Cedar Valley SportsPlex, athletic
complexes and outdoor swimming pools, for a period of five (5) years, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August 2018.
