RESOLUTION NO. 2018-655
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES,
INC. FOR FLOODPLAIN ANALYSIS WITHIN THE CITY
OWNED WAGNER ROAD SUBDIVISION, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $12,500, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 27, 2018, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$12,500, in conjunction with the
floodplain analysis within the City owned Wagner Road subdivision, is hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
