RESOLUTION NO. 2018-711 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2018 CARNEGIE ANNEX ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2018 Carnegie Annex roof replacement project, and WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2018 Carnegie Annex roof replacement project, and WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice,was held on September 24, 2018. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2018 Carnegie Annex roof replacement project, are hereby approved.
